ELATED Alien Fascination is the name of a track I wrote a short while ago. It's full of space-like shimmering pads, laser zaps, and even some alien-like vocals.

As anyone who follows my journey will know, my designs are all inspired by or interlinked with my music projects. I had been playing around with ideas for artwork for a print, inspired by the music track, for a little while. With World Space Week also taking place between October 4 - October 11, it made sense the time was to put one out now.<\/p>

Introducing, the K-A-B Elated Alien Fascination print on a variety of men and women's apparel. Here are a few examples, but these are not the only cuts this print comes on, so please do have a look at the Apparel<\/a> section for more.<\/p>

This artwork evolved from a 1967 movie called Voyage to the Planet of the Prehistoric Women. The film is said to have began life as Soviet-produced work. An American producer then added extra footage, gave it a new name and changed the credits to hide the film's Soviet origin. The original film was called Planeta Bur, but has been known as The Gill Women, among other titles.\u00a0<\/p>

I used part of this footage for a promo video for my track, which is a mix of various old B movie space films. You can see a clip below.

A quote from the World Space Week organisation said: \"More than 8,000 events in 96 countries celebrated \u201cThe Moon: Gateway to the Stars\u201d last year. This year the theme is \u201cSatellites Improve Life.\u201d In 2021, World Space Week celebrates \u201cWomen in Space.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>

I suppose I have unintentionally rolled 2021's theme into this year's in a way... sort of... but I don't think it matters.<\/p>
